Job Description Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Process Intelligence & Automation Architect to join our
Consulting practice and help clients discover, analyze, redesign and optimize end-to-end
enterprise processes.
The role will work across CRM, ERP and ITSM processes, independent of the underlying
technology platform, and use Celonis Process Intelligence, UiPath automation and
AI/Agentic AI to identify and deliver measurable transformation opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines strong business process and consulting capabilities with
deep Celonis expertise, automation architecture knowledge and the ability to work with
business leaders, process owners and technology teams.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Lead process discovery, assessment and transformation workshops across CRM,
ERP and ITSM domains.
● Understand and map end-to-end processes such as Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash,
Procure-to-Pay, Customer Service, Incident-to-Resolution and Request-to-
Fulfillment.
● Develop current-state and future-state process models and identify bottlenecks,
rework, process variations, compliance issues and value leakage.
● Own end-to-end Celonis process mining and process intelligence engagements right
from use-case definition, process analysis, KPI definition and identification of
improvement opportunities to execution: data connector setup, data pool/data model
design, and PQL development.
● Work with data and technology teams to define source systems, event data, business
objects, data models and integration requirements for Celonis.
● Translate process insights into recommendations spanning process redesign, platform
improvements, integration, UiPath automation and AI/Agentic AI.
● Assess automation opportunities and determine appropriate use of RPA, workflow,
APIs, platform-native automation and AI agents.
● Define business cases and measure transformation outcomes including cycle time,
cost, productivity, SLA performance, compliance and customer/employee
experience.
● Develop process transformation roadmaps, opportunity heatmaps, architecture views
and executive-level recommendations.
● Support client workshops, pre-sales, solution shaping, demonstrations and development
of reusable consulting accelerators.
Required Skills & Experience
● 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, process transformation,
enterprise/solution architecture or intelligent automation.
● Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes, with experience
spanning CRM, ERP and ITSM.
● Strong hands-on and/or architecture experience with Celonis Process Intelligence /
Process Mining.
● Knowledge of process mining concepts including event logs, process variants,
conformance, bottleneck analysis, rework, KPIs and process performance.
● Experience with UiPath or comparable enterprise automation platforms, including
RPA and workflow automation.
● Ability to understand processes independent of the underlying platform and identify
cross-system dependencies and hand-offs.
● Experience translating business problems into process, data, automation and
technology solutions.
● Strong understanding of enterprise data, integration and architecture concepts.
● Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and executive communication
skills.
● Ability to translate analytical findings into business value, transformation
opportunities and actionable recommendations.
● Strong sense of accountability for business outcomes, beyond task completion.
Good to Have
● Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow.
● Experience applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to enterprise processes.
● Understanding of AI agents, human-in-the-loop processes, intelligent decisioning and AI-
enabled workflow orchestration.
● Experience with BPMN, process engineering or business process management.
● Experience developing transformation business cases and ROI/value realization
frameworks.
● Exposure to process intelligence or process mining platforms beyond Celonis.
● Experience working in a consulting environment across multiple industries and
enterprise functions.
● Experience supporting pre-sales, executive workshops and transformation roadmap
development.
Preferred Certifications
Relevant certifications or qualifications in one or more of the following areas are preferred:
● Celonis – Process Mining / Process Intelligence, Data Analyst or Data Engineer
certifications and relevant Celonis qualifications
● UiPath – Automation Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Agentic Automation
certifications
● BPMN 2.0 – OMG or equivalent process modeling certification
● ITIL 4 Foundation – particularly for ITSM process expertise
● AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI – recognized AI architecture, governance or
implementation credentials
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
