What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Executive Assistant, this role will play a key part in supporting a C-Suite executive and enabling the organization to operate at its highest level. This position will ensure seamless execution of executive priorities, manage complex scheduling and communications, and support project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, the individual will:
Provide professional administrative support to a C-Suite executive, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Address scheduling, communication, and process issues, escalating as needed.
Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes and tools.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is highly organized and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of executive-level administrative processes and tools is required.
The candidate will be an effective communicator, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools is necessary.
Adeptness at handling confidential and sensitive information is essential.
Resourceful, self-directed, and thriving in a dynamic setting is expected.
Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, and projects is required.
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience, is needed.
Two or more years supporting executives or senior management is required.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and values-driven culture is expected.
Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs is required.

Pay range for this role:
$90,000—$105,000 USD
The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
