About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Management Intern to take charge of our presence across LinkedIn and Instagram. In this role, you will help shape our brand voice, design engaging visual content, write compelling copy, and build meaningful relationships with our target community.

Commitment: Full-time or Part-time Internship
Hands-on exposure: Strategy, content creation, copywriting, and growth analytics
Responsibilities
Plan, brainstorm, and manage the LinkedIn and Instagram monthly content calendar
Design eye-catching carousels, single-image posts, stories, and reels/short videos
Write engaging, platform-native copy and captions with targeted hashtags
Actively engage with the community by replying to comments, DMs, and relevant industry discussions
Track weekly impressions, follower growth, engagement rates, and key metrics
Keep up with current social media trends, algorithm shifts, and visual formats
Requirements
Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies and Instagram algorithms
Proficiency with design and editing tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or CapCut
Excellent written communication, storytelling, and copy editing skills
Keen eye for aesthetic layouts, typography, and branding consistency
Self-motivated and capable of managing deadlines independently
Active personal LinkedIn or Instagram portfolio is a major plus
