Volunteer: Campus Poster Design for Pre-Health Outreach

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
We need eye-catching posters that our affiliate organizations can put around their college campuses across the U.S. to draw student interest. The materials should appeal to college students generally and especially to pre-health students. Our affiliates hold campus events to raise awareness of invisible illnesses, chronic illnesses, and Disabilities, and they need promotional assets that resonate with those audiences.
The volunteer will design 3 eye-catching posters and matching social-media post images that our affiliates can use to promote campus events about invisible illnesses, chronic illnesses, and Disabilities. We are looking for a volunteer with Graphic Design expertise to create student-focused, visually engaging assets that appeal particularly to pre-health college students. Two posters will be general interest posters, with one being geared toward pre-health students and one being geared toward the general student body. We also want one poster to advertise their semester schedule of meetings and events.
Invisible Illness Awareness Network Mission: The mission of the Invisible Illness Awareness Network is to increase awareness about invisible illnesses, particularly through an easily adaptable education program designed for high schools, colleges, and other forms of higher education. Additionally, we aim to provide resources and support for the invisible illness community while fostering compassion and understanding between patients, providers, and the general population. By creating a safe and supportive environment for those living with invisible illnesses, the organization seeks to reduce the stigma associated with these conditions and Disabilities.
