💰 Earnings: ₹25,000 base + performance earnings — ₹35,000–40,000 realistic monthly total

Key Responsibilitie

• Run day-to-day café operation
s• Book and manage events and catering order
s• Promote the café on Instagram and other platform
s• Maintain inventory and place vendor order
s• Track staff attendance and salary advance
s• Maintain customer advance record
s• Build customer relationships and repeat busines
s• Maintain daily and monthly expense and revenue sheet

Requirement
s
• Prior experience managing a café, restaurant, or retail outle
t• Strong communication and people skill
s• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and Englis
h• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet
s• Comfortable with Instagram and social medi
a• Honest, responsible, and able to lead a small tea
