Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Solapur. The Research Assistant will support laboratory experiments, sample preparation, and routine testing in coordination with senior researchers. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with data analysis and interpretation. The role involves following standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and helping maintain laboratory equipment and inventory. The Research Assistant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical documentation, and support ongoing research and development projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Research and Laboratory Skills applicable to scientific and experimental work.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities for handling, interpreting, and presenting research findings.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and documenting results clearly.
Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field.
Familiarity with laboratory safety practices, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
Attention to detail, reliability in record-keeping, and ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately.
Basic computer skills for data entry, report preparation, and use of research-related software.
Prior experience in a research or industrial laboratory setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
