Role Description The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day engineering activities on construction sites in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams, and ensuring that construction work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Civil Engineer will perform site inspections, monitor work progress, support planning and scheduling, and assist in resolving technical issues during construction. Additional responsibilities include managing documentation, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions where required, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings and prepare technical documentation.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction projects, including site supervision and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations.
Proficiency in common civil engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD or similar tools) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site.
Prior experience in residential or commercial building projects in an urban environment is preferred.
