We are Hiring: Product Manager – Web Development
Are you a proactive builder who bridges the gap between client requirements, technical execution, and rapid product delivery? We are looking for an AI-empowered Product Manager for Web Development to manage full-lifecycle digital products from strategy to launch.
About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps, align client expectations with technical feasibility, and accelerate go-to-market execution using modern AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Development: Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment.
AI-Assisted Delivery: Leverage LLM coding workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) for rapid prototyping, PR reviews, testing, and bug tracking.
Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate across development, UI/UX, and marketing teams to keep projects on schedule and meet sprint milestones.
Quality & GTM: Oversee functional validation, deployment tracking, and evidence-based problem solving to deliver scalable web platforms.
What We Are Looking For
Technical & Product Foundation: Practical understanding of modern web/cloud architectures, frameworks, and core software engineering workflows.
AI Tooling Experience: Hands-on familiarity with developer LLM tools like Claude Code or Codex (the company provides the necessary subscriptions).
Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder feedback and market research into actionable user stories and task backlogs.
Communication & Organization: Strong cross-team leadership skills, milestone prioritization, and sprint governance in an ag
ile setup.
Compensation & Terms
Initial Probation: ₹20,000 / month (3-month probationary contract)
Full-Time Transition: Conversion to a standard full-time contract based on milestone performance and delivery quality
Tooling Support: Direct company-provided access to high-tier AI developer tools and structured execution guidance.
