Work Mode: On-site + regular travel across hotel sites

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on operations professional to manage the end-to-end movement of linen between laundry/warehouse facilities and hotel sites.
The role involves coordinating hotel accounts, drivers, field teams and internal operations to ensure timely linen pickup, delivery, reconciliation and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily movement of fresh and soiled linen across hotel sites
* Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers and field teams
* Ensure timely dispatch and collection from assigned hotel accounts
* Coordinate with warehouse/laundry teams on daily requirements
* Track linen quantities, opening stock, shortages and damages
* Ensure accurate counting and reconciliation of linen
* Handle hotel/customer operational issues and escalations
* Supervise frontline teams and ensure adherence to SOPs
* Conduct regular visits to hotel sites
* Maintain operational MIS, inventory and service reports
* Identify and resolve day-to-day logistics and site-level issues
