HIRING: GENERAL COUNSEL | LEGAL AI
Contractor | Remote | $90–$130/hour
We are looking for experienced in-house technology lawyers to support an advanced Legal AI project focused on improving how AI understands, reviews, negotiates and evaluates real-world legal contracts.
Critical Criteria — Must Have:
Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience
Strong focus on Technology Transactions / Commercial Contracts
Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and redlining contracts
Strong experience with:
MSAs – Master Service Agreements
NDAs – Non-Disclosure Agreements
ISDAs – ISDA Agreements
DPAs – Data Processing Agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong legal analysis and attention to detail
Ability to evaluate AI-generated legal responses and provide precise, actionable feedback
What You’ll Do:
Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises
Review and evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios
Develop evaluation criteria for AI performance
Work with product and research teams to improve AI-driven contract review
Preferred: Experience with AI, Legal Tech or AI training/evaluation initiatives.
Important: This is not a traditional full-time General Counsel role. It is a part-time, task-based opportunity for experienced technology transactions lawyers contributing their expertise to Legal AI development.
