About the Role
We’re looking for experienced backend engineers to work on a project focused on training next-generation AI systems.
You’ll create challenging real-world coding tasks, implement features and fixes, and build deterministic verifiers to evaluate whether solutions work correctly.
What You’ll Work On
Build and improve backend services and APIs
Create coding tasks involving feature implementation and bug fixing
Debug complex software issues and performance bottlenecks
Refactor and improve existing codebases
Develop automated tests and deterministic verification systems
Apply secure coding and security review practices
What We’re Looking For
Strong backend development experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++ or similar
Experience building scalable services and APIs
Strong debugging, testing and performance optimization skills
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and core CS fundamentals
Strong code review and software engineering judgment
Experience working with large or complex codebases
Security Experience – Strongly Preferred
Candidates with experience in cybersecurity / AppSec / SecOps, including:
Secure coding
Penetration testing
Vulnerability assessment
Security code reviews
OWASP / CWE
Important: This is a hands-on backend engineering role with a security focus, not a pure cybersecurity or AI/ML role. Prior AI experience is not required.
