Job Summary
The Jr Replenishment & Sales Analyst supports the business through inventory, sales, and replenishment analysis. This role monitors business performance, identifies risks and opportunities, partners with cross-functional teams, and provides data-driven recommendations to help ensure product availability and customer success. This is a remote position based in the Bentonville, AR region to accommodate occasional on-site meetings with the local Sales team.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or NWACC CRA Program Certificate preferred
Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, or other retail reporting platforms preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop within the organization
Ability to think independently and work effectively on a team
Exceptional follow up and follow through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Position Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day account management and analytical support for the Walmart business
Prepare and distribute regular business performance reports, scorecards, and actionable summaries
Analyze sales trends, forecasts, inventory levels, orders, and instock performance to identify risks and opportunities
Utilize Walmart Scintilla, Retail Link, and replenishment reporting tools to monitor business performance and support data-driven recommendations
Review customer forecasts and order activity to help ensure inventory and supply are aligned with anticipated demand
Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, production, logistics, customer service, and other internal teams to support customer needs
Communicate proactively with Walmart replenishment and merchandising teams regarding inventory risks, ordering concerns, item performance, and recovery plans
Track open action items and follow through with internal and external partners to support timely resolution
Occasional travel may be required
