💼 Position: Manager – Plant Maintenance & Utility
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
⏳ Experience: 12–15 Years
🔹 Key Requirements :-
✔ Strong expertise in Plant Maintenance and Utilities
✔ Hands-on experience in Automation, PLC Programming & Robotics
✔ Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
✔ Proven leadership and team management capabilities
✔ Strong planning, scheduling, and execution skills
✔ Commitment to operational excellence and discipline
🔹 Key Responsibilities : -
⚙ Maintenance & Automation : -
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance of plant machinery
• PLC programming and SPM automation
• Breakdown analysis and troubleshooting
• Preventive and predictive maintenance
🤖 Robotics & Industry 4.0 : -
• ABB Robot (IRB 140 & IRB 340) installation and commissioning
• Automation systems integration and Industry 4.0 implementation
🖥 PLC, SCADA & Control Systems : -
• Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley PLCs
• HMI, SCADA, Profibus communication and remote connectivity
🏭 Machine Installation & Commissioning : -
• CNC, VMC, EDM, Wirecut EDM and SPM machines
• New project setup and Greenfield project exposure
🔧 Utility & Plant Operations : -
• DG Sets, Compressors, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
• STP / ETP operations
• Monitoring sensors, pumps, valves and conveying systems
⚡ Electrical Systems : -
• HT/LT systems, transformers and LT panels
• Electrical panel design and troubleshooting
📈 Continuous Improvement & Compliance : -
• RCA, CAPA, TPM, TQM, EHS compliance
• Energy optimization through LCA and Poka-Yoke
• Audit management and technical documentation
