Role Description
G Services Group is currently recruiting motivated individuals for commission-based opportunities within its sales and digital marketing team.
Available positions include UGC Creators, Live Sellers, Sales Representatives, Social Media Promoters, and Lead Generation Specialists.
Team members will promote products and services from participating brands and assist with generating awareness, leads, customer engagement, and sales. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include creating UGC content, promoting products on social media, hosting livestreams, communicating with prospective customers, generating business leads, and supporting sales campaigns.
Team members will have access to multiple products and services to promote, with 10% commission on eligible sales. Training and onboarding are provided.
Responsibilities
• Promote products and services through approved digital channels
• Create engaging UGC and social media content when applicable
• Participate in livestream selling and product demonstrations
• Communicate professionally with potential customers and leads
• Generate and follow up with prospective leads
• Learn product and service information to effectively communicate value
• Follow established sales and marketing processes
• Track activity and follow through with assigned responsibilities
• Participate in training and team development sessions
• Maintain professional communication with clients, prospects, and team members
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Comfortable using social media and digital platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Coachable and willing to learn new sales and marketing strategies
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and apply training
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, UGC, social media, or marketing is a plus but not required
