The BigMarket is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our growing retail leadership team as Branch Managers in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall branch operations.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
Supervise, motivate, and develop store employees.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and loss prevention.
Monitor merchandising, visual displays, and store presentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
Analyze sales reports, prepare daily operational reports, and implement improvement plans.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, HR, and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Supermarket/Retail Operations.
Proven experience in leading and managing retail teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of inventory management and store operations.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
