About the Role
We are looking for a Condition Monitoring Analyst to assess equipment health data and provide clear, actionable recommendations to Dealer representatives, who in turn advise the end customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze condition monitoring data, including S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, and equipment history
Provide equipment and operational recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives
Use tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis
Prepare written reports and recommendations in PDF format as required by the Dealer
Communicate verbal recommendations to the Dealer
Provide inputs for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution
Build strong working relationships with condition monitoring teams and Dealer representatives
Required skills:
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
Basic mechanical knowledge with a background in automobile or heavy equipment
Ability to read and interpret electronic fault codes
Working knowledge of hydraulics, brake systems, and transmission
Experience in OEM environments, fleet monitoring, and troubleshooting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email etiquette (mandatory)
Preferred Skills
Field or troubleshooting experience as a Service Engineer in machinery, automobile, or construction equipment
