We're Hiring: Data Analyst I
Are you a data professional who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? We're looking for a Data Analyst I to lead business intelligence initiatives and help shape data-driven decisions across the organization.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–5 years (5 years preferred 1st)
Notice Period: 0–30 days maximum
About the Role
As a Data Analyst I, you will manage and optimize business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You'll work closely with Business Owners, Project Managers, Planning Managers, and Resource Managers to deliver high-quality BI solutions that drive real business impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead complex data analytics projects from requirements through delivery
Design robust data models, establish relationships, and ensure data integrity
Oversee data integration from multiple sources
Perform advanced analysis using DAX and other analytical tools
Optimize solutions for performance, ensuring efficient data processing and fast report rendering
Implement and maintain data security measures in line with data protection regulations
Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to define data needs
Lead and mentor a team with varied experience levels
Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with a focus on Power BI
Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling
Exposure to data engineering, ETL processes, and data integration tools
Hands-on experience with Snowflake
Experience working with unstructured data
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
