About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, Angular, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern software development practices. In addition to hands-on development responsibilities, this role requires technical leadership experience, mentoring of team members, and driving successful project delivery in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core/.NET and Angular.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Write clean, maintainable, secure, and efficient code following SOLID principles and coding standards.
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design sessions.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide development team members by conducting code reviews and providing technical recommendations.
Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and project execution activities.
Perform unit testing, debugging, code optimization, and application performance tuning.
Design and implement Microservices-based solutions and enterprise integrations.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps best practices.
Support production deployments, release management, and issue resolution activities.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and development efficiency.
Ensure adherence to software development standards, security guidelines, and quality processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software development using C#, .NET, and .NET Core technologies.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
Hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong SQL Server knowledge including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, functions, indexing, and performance tuning.
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices-based applications.
Strong understanding of Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Dependency Injection, and SOLID principles.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, or similar version control platforms.
Knowledge of CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment concepts.
Understanding of secure coding standards and application security principles.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor junior developers.
