IT Executive- SAP S/4 HANA (Public Cloud)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Executive role based in Raipur, focused on SAP S/4 HANA (Public Cloud) environments. The IT Executive will manage and support SAP S/4 HANA systems, including monitoring performance, handling user access, and coordinating configuration changes with implementation partners. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving SAP-related issues, and ensuring data integrity and system security. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business processes, documenting IT procedures, participating in system updates and testing, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve SAP S/4 HANA and related IT issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess Network Administration and broader Information Technology knowledge to maintain secure, stable connectivity for SAP S/4 HANA (Public Cloud).
Candidates should possess IT Operations experience, including system monitoring, incident management, and coordination of changes and upgrades.
Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA (Public Cloud) or other SAP enterprise systems, including basic configuration, user management, and role administration.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, data security principles, and integration between SAP and other business applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
