🚀 We’re Hiring | Digital Marketing Executive
Saritha Developers | Bengaluru
Saritha Developers is looking for a creative, performance-driven and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing websites, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, graphic design and video content, with a strong focus on generating measurable digital results.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage, update and optimize company/project websites
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
Handle SEM and paid search campaigns
Plan, execute, monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Track campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI
Create and manage social media content and campaigns
Design digital creatives, banners, brochures and marketing materials
Create and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional videos
Develop content calendars and coordinate digital campaigns
Monitor website traffic and digital marketing analytics
Prepare regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement
Support lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing
🔹 Skills Required
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Search Console
Knowledge of website management and basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms
Good knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand campaign data and optimize performance
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to independently manage multiple digital marketing activities
⭐ Preferred
Experience in the real estate industry or experience handling lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
