Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational needs across airport and campus locations, supporting workforce planning and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, administering HR policies and processes, overseeing performance management cycles, and supporting talent acquisition and onboarding. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, maintaining accurate HR records, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven HR insights and supporting continuous improvement of people practices within the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience implementing and interpreting HR frameworks and procedures.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support risk management.
Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and supporting manager capability development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders, use HR metrics for decision-making, and manage HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B sectors is beneficial, along with familiarity with shift-based workforce management.
