Role Description The Compliance and Legal Drafting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and compliance reports related to tax and regulatory matters. The specialist will monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, assist in implementing compliance policies, and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include conducting legal and compliance research, maintaining organized records, coordinating with internal teams and clients on compliance queries, and preparing clear written summaries and guidance. The role also requires proactive identification of potential compliance risks and supporting internal audits or reviews as needed.
