Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Noida. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of vouchers and invoices. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations of bank and vendor accounts, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves preparing financial reports and statements, supporting budgeting and cost tracking for projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with project, procurement, and management teams to provide accurate financial data and support decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, or similar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor/customer account tracking.
Ability to support budgeting, cost control, and project-based financial monitoring in an industrial or engineering environment.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications
Prior experience in an engineering, electrical, or industrial projects company is preferred.
