Sales Administration Manager (Japan)

Position Summary
An experienced sales support administrator or junior manager of sales administration is required to provide the highest level of response and sales supports to customers of Taylor Hobson Japan.
Key Responsibilities
Making direct communications with customers in order receiving and invoicing processes
Processing purchase orders through internal liaison
Issuing sales transaction invoices
Verifying orders, including customers information and payment details
Contacting customers by phone, email and Teams or in person to answer queries and obtain missing information
Maintaining and updating orders & sales records
Compiling and reporting periodic sales & order numbers and statistics
Issuing and submitting quotations upon receipt upon Sales Manager
Providing support to National Sales Manager upon request
Requirements for Consideration
Bachelor’s degree
Experience as sales administrator, sales logistics, or internal customer support, or manager of those job functions
PC skills (experience with unique OMS, MS Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
B to B business communication skills
Reading & writing English skills
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
Experience/Qualifications
Understanding Incoterms and handling importing & exporting paperwork in sales side
Working experience in manufacturing company
Listening & speaking English skill
