Artist Management & Booking Assistant

Company Description: Inet Productions Inc. is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Artist Marketing & Booking Assistant to help expand the Ms. Angel Monét children's entertainment brand. This role combines booking outreach, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and audience development.
Key Responsibilities
Research and pursue booking opportunities with schools, childcare centers, libraries, churches, festivals, family events, and community organizations.
Conduct professional email and phone outreach and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Repurpose existing performances, music videos, interviews, and educational content into Reels, Shorts, promotional clips, and other digital assets.
Help grow and manage the Ms. Angel Monét YouTube channel, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, Shorts, and audience engagement.
Maintain an organized booking/contact database and track leads from initial outreach through follow-up and booking.
Identify partnership, sponsorship, media, podcast, radio, and cross-promotional opportunities.
Support promotion of Ms. Angel Monét's music, performances, educational programs, and special projects.
Expected Deliverables
Consistent weekly social media and YouTube content based on an approved content calendar.
A growing pipeline of qualified booking prospects with documented outreach and follow-up.
Regular booking pitches and promotional campaigns targeting family and children's organizations.
New qualified booking inquiries and paid performance opportunities.
Weekly tracking of leads, outreach, follow-ups, bookings, content published, and key digital performance metrics.
A brief weekly progress report outlining results, challenges, and priorities for the following week.
Primary Goal: Turn Ms. Angel Monét's existing music, performances, programs, and creative content into increased visibility, audience growth, strategic relationships, and paid booking opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable making professional phone calls and sending business emails
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Basic social media content creation and posting skills
Creative ideas for marketing and audience engagement
Good research skills for identifying potential sponsors and advertisers
Ability to follow up consistently with businesses and contacts
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus
Interest in music, entertainment, youth programs, community events, or nonprofit work
Willingness to learn, take direction, and receive feedback
