About the role:
Contrans Group is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline across various functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer management, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, follow-up, and recruitment skills, with hands-on experience in Naukri and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement to joining.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare/review Job Descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and job portals.
Conduct Boolean searches, CV screening and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback and candidate status.
Handle salary negotiation, notice-period discussion and offer coordination.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate pipelines, databases and recruitment trackers/MIS.
Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding and background verification.
Manage recruitment consultants/agencies when required.
Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.
Required Skills: -
Strong knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn.
Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
Knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment techniques.
Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
Post Graduation MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred from regular college.
