Role Description The Senior Frontend Developer (Next.js and React) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices and browsers. Day-to-day activities include translating UI/UX designs into functional components, integrating frontend features with backend services, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The developer will participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior developers to support best practices and knowledge sharing. The role may also involve working closely with product and design teams to refine requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Proficiency in Responsive Web Design and cross-browser compatibility, with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and component-based UI architectures.
Experience in Web Development and Software Development practices, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and deployment workflows.
Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts and APIs to effectively integrate frontend solutions with server-side services.
Relevant experience in building scalable, production-grade applications and working within agile or iterative development environments.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and security best practices on the frontend is beneficial.
