Designation – LIAISONING OFFICER
Location: Noida & Dehradun
Position: 2 nos
Years of Exp: Upto 62 years
Industry: VRS or retired from Government Department
We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer to manage statutory approvals, government coordination, regulatory compliances and liaisoning activities for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities and ensuring timely processing of permissions, NOCs, approvals and project-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage liaisoning and coordination with Government Departments, Development Authorities, Municipal Bodies and other statutory authorities.
Handle applications, follow-ups and documentation for various project approvals, NOCs, permissions and licenses.
Coordinate with authorities such as NOIDA/Greater Noida Authority, Dehradun Authority, UP RERA, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, Electricity Department, Water & Sewerage Departments and other relevant bodies.
Track approval processes and ensure timely submission, follow-up and closure of applications.
Maintain proper records of approvals, permissions, NOCs, correspondence and statutory documents.
Coordinate with internal teams including Projects, Legal, Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Finance for approval-related requirements.
Monitor changes in applicable rules, regulations and approval procedures affecting real estate projects.
Assist in obtaining completion/occupancy-related approvals, building permissions, environmental clearances and other statutory approvals, as applicable.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with relevant government officials and departments.
Prepare regular status reports on pending approvals, timelines and regulatory matters.
Ensure all liaisoning activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, company policies and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Law will be an advantage.
Upto 62 years retired or VRS from Government Department
Good understanding of government procedures, statutory approvals and regulatory documentation.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong relationships and working experience with relevant government authorities will be preferred.
