Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry to manage end-to-end procurement for residential, commercial and group housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, consumables and project requirements.
Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
Ensure timely procurement as per project schedules, specifications and approved budgets.
Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate rates, payment terms and delivery schedules.
Develop and maintain a strong network of reliable construction material suppliers.
Coordinate with Projects, Construction, QS, Stores, Finance and Planning teams.
Monitor purchase orders, material deliveries, quality and vendor performance.
Ensure procurement is cost-effective while maintaining required quality and specifications.
Maintain proper documentation of RFQs, comparative statements, POs, vendor records and purchase reports.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
