Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including receivables, payables, bank reconciliation and general ledger.
Handle project-wise accounting, expenses, collections and vendor payments.
Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, financial statements and management reports.
Monitor GST, TDS, statutory compliances and tax-related documentation.
Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Purchase, Projects and Finance teams for accurate financial records.
Manage customer collections, outstanding receivables and reconciliation of customer accounts.
Review invoices, payment approvals and supporting documents.
Assist senior management in budgeting, cash-flow planning and financial analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities whenever required.
Ensure proper documentation, internal controls and compliance with company accounting policies.
Desired Profile:
Strong experience in real-estate accounting, project accounting, customer collections, GST/TDS, MIS and financial reconciliations. Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel with strong attention to detail and team-management skills.
