Job Description
As the founding Field Engineer at Duna, you will own the technical relationship with our customers. You will bridge the gap between engineering and growth, managing complex integrations, troubleshooting live rollouts, and shaping product strategy. This remote-first role offers a unique opportunity to define the field function for a high-growth fintech infrastructure provider.

What You Will Do
Lead technical implementations: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer onboarding, scoping requirements early and owning the end-to-end integration lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and optimize: Resolve complex technical issues during live rollouts and develop the documentation and internal tools needed to scale the implementation process.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer insights drive platform improvements while helping growth teams land new technical accounts.
The ideal candidate
Technical customer experience: Proven background in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or implementation engineering, ideally within the fintech or compliance domains.
Exceptional communicator: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and remain calm while solving problems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Systems thinker: Strong problem-solving skills with a background in TypeScript and Node.js environments, and a deep understanding of how customer decisions impact product architecture.
