Role Description The Project Manager role at HCAH India is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to Patient assistance , drug delivery ,value added services and adherence , ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams, managing project schedules and resources, tracking milestones, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role involves supporting inspections and quality audits, resolving project risks and issues, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also collaborate with leadership to align project outcomes with organizational goals, continuously improve processes, and support stakeholder communication across departments.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience as an Expeditor with strong Expediting abilities to track deliverables and ensure timely completion of project activities.
Inspection skills to support quality checks, audits, and compliance with healthcare and operational standards.
Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate resources, materials, and vendor activities across multiple locations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience managing projects in healthcare, hospital services, or related service industries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with reporting and documentation best practices.
Experience of managing field related projects
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
