Job Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and understand their clothing requirements.
* Assist customers in selecting shirts, T-shirts, trousers, jeans, formal wear and other products.
* Explain product features, sizes, colours, quality and prices.
* Suggest suitable outfits based on the customer’s needs and preferences.
* Maintain the sales floor and keep products neatly arranged.
* Check stock availability and inform customers about available sizes and colours.
* Handle billing and payments when required.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
* Support stock counting, product display and store cleanliness.
* Handle customer questions and complaints politely and professionally.
Requirements
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of men’s clothing and fashion.
* Friendly, confident and polite personality.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn about new products and selling techniques.
* Basic English/Tamil communication skills preferred.
* Previous retail sales experience is an advantage.
