We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Emissions Monitoring Technician to join our Environment & Safety team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to support MCERTS and UKAS-accredited emissions testing activities while working safely on client sites. An interest in environmental monitoring is essential to thrive in this position.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting industrial emissions testing at client sites
Assisting with equipment maintenance and calibration
Packing and sending samples to accredited laboratories
To be a successful Emissions Monitoring Technician, you should be able to demonstrate:
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
General awareness of environmental legislation
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Skills
Good communication skills.
Ability to integrate with other departments.
High level of commitment, flexibility and accuracy/attention to detail.
Highly organised.
