Role Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the complete recruitment process, from identifying staffing requirements to hiring and onboarding new employees. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure smooth induction and training.
Performance and Employee Management
Oversee performance management processes, conduct regular feedback sessions, address employee concerns and support effective conflict resolution.
HR Policies and Records:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures while maintaining accurate and up to date employee records.
Payroll and Compliance:
Coordinate with relevant teams for payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company standards.
Employee Engagement and Workplace Culture
Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives that support a positive, professional and productive workplace culture.
HR Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor key HR metrics, identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions to improve workforce efficiency and support organisational growth.
Qualifications
4 years minimum HR experience (Hospitality experience encouraged)
Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition
Experience in performance management, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and supporting employee development plans.
Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to handle grievances, mediate disputes, and maintain a respectful workplace.
Knowledge of HR operations and compliance, including HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance management, and labor law regulations.
Ability to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and engagement initiatives that support organizational goals and employee well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
