Salary: Up to £85,000 (incl OTE) based on skills and experience level, and Paid Door to Door.
Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations)
Hours: 19:00 – 7:00, 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts with 45-minute unpaid break)

Join Stannah and help keep critical escalator infrastructure moving across rail stations, airport links and major transport hubs throughout Greater London.
As an Escalator Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing escalators and moving walkways across some of the UK's most heavily used transport environments.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two nights are the same. You'll use your mechanical and electrical fault-finding expertise to keep critical passenger equipment operating safely and reliably.
You'll work across a range of equipment including:
KONE TM, RTV and RTK units
Schindler 9300 escalators
Anlev systems
Otis 506 NCE equipment
Unlike many engineering roles, your work will be focused within Greater London, meaning you'll enjoy exposure to major infrastructure projects without extensive regional travel.

Escalator Engineer Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and callouts on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers.
Ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer care.
Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards during every visit.

Escalator Engineer Requirements :
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience working on escalators and moving walkways.
Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
