About The Role

unified Identity Provider (IdP) that serves as the backbone for RAKSUL’s multivertical ecosystem (Printing, Logistics, Advertising), ensuring seamless user
experiences across diverse M&A acquisitions.”
As a Staff Engineer in the Identity Platform Team, you will play a central role in the development and operation of the identity platform within Raksul’s large-scale
platform.
This is a high-impact IC role, not a people management position.

What You Will Do
Architect and implement high-scale, zero-trust authentication frameworks that unify disparate group services.
Define the standards for OpenID Connect/SAML integrations, ensuring a "paved road" for internal teams to adopt identity services autonomously.
Orchestrate complex technical migrations from legacy monoliths to a modern microservices architecture
Lead incident response and root cause analysis to ensure reliable, secure service operation
Collaboration with the development team based in Japan and Vietnam
Required
What We’re Looking For
Deep, hands-on experience in Java or Kotlin (8+ years in backend development). Must be able to design and implement highly concurrent,distributed systems.
Hands-on experience building and operating our proprietary, in-house ID
Platform service utilizing industry standards such as OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Experience in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems with a focus on performance and reliability
Experience in migrating legacy monoliths into modern, scalable micro services
Experience working in distributed, asynchronous teams

Strong cross-border communication skills, with respect and clarity in multicultural collaboration
Nice to Have
While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
Experience in leading technical decision-making and defining long-term roadmaps for common platform services
Hands-on experience in consolidating user identities and migrating legacy data from acquired companies or disparate services
Experience in protecting large-scale identity services against sophisticated unauthorized access by orchestrating infrastructure-level solutions (e.g., AWS WAF)
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and experience in optimizing high-traffic, multi-region architectures on AWS
Highly valued is the ability to design and implement systems End-to-End, from high-quality frontend components to robust backend architectures
