What You Will Write:
Not blog posts. Not captions. 30-60 second video scripts that build authority and generate leads for an Australian marketing agency and its founder's personal brand. Every script has one job: make a business owner stop scrolling, watch to the end, and think "I need to work with this guy."
Your job:
Write short-form video scripts (30-60 seconds) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
Write in both English and Hinglish (the Hindi-English mix Indian professionals in Australia actually speak)
Follow a proven framework: Hook → Tension → Proof → Reframe → CTA
Direct, authority-driven tone. Not motivational. Not educational. Proof-led.
Research topics yourself using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and turn insights into filming-ready scripts
Deliver ~20 scripts per month across two brands
Write like two friends talking business at a cafe, not a presenter on a stage
You'll work inside an existing content system with locked frameworks and style rules. Your job is execution and original angles within that system — not reinventing the strategy. If you need creative control over strategy, this isn't for you.
You Must Have:
Native-level fluency in English and Hindi
Published short-form scripts — words that got filmed and posted, not documents in a folder
Understanding of what stops a scroll in the first 3 seconds
Natural Hinglish writing — not translated English
Strong AI-assisted research skills
Ability to deliver 5+ scripts per week without quality dropping
Understanding of content funnels: TOFU (awareness), MOFU (trust), BOFU (conversion)
Even Better If:
You've written for personal brands or agency founders
You understand the Indian immigrant business owner audience in Australia
You've studied Alex Hormozi, Sabri Suby, or Neil Patel — and can tell authority content from motivational noise
You write with real business data and case study numbers
Every word in your scripts earns its place

Hook must stop the scroll in 3 seconds. Full structure — Hook, Tension, Proof, Reframe, CTA. Send what you'd hand a founder to film tomorrow, not a draft.
4. One research-led script — your topic, your angle. Pick any topic relevant to Australian service business owners (local SEO, lead follow-up, agency red flags, presale strategy — your call). Research it yourself. Deliver a complete authority-style script. This proves you can go from zero to filming-ready without hand-holding. That's the actual job.
5. One sentence: What makes your writing different from every other script writer?
Incomplete applications get no reply. ChatGPT-sounding template scripts get no reply. We know the difference.
