Senior Lead Frontend Engineer

Job Description:

Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to build modern, scalable, and data driven user interfaces for our Business Insights platform within the 4PL ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Vue.js and experience building high performance dashboards, analytics interfaces, and AI-powered business applications. This role will work closely with product managers, backend engineers, data engineers, and AI teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences for operational analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights.
Experience Required
9+ years of front-end development experience with strong expertise in Vue.js.
Key Responsibilities
• Frontend Application Development
• Lead the design and development of scalable frontend applications using:
• Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred)
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Modern frontend frameworks and tooling
• Architect reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend systems.
• Define frontend standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Business Insights & Analytics UI
• Build highly interactive and responsive dashboards for:
o Business analytics
o Operational monitoring
o KPI visualization
o AI-powered insights
• Develop interfaces optimized for high-volume analytical data and real-time updates.
UI/UX & Design Leadership
• Collaborate closely with product and design translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. teams to
• Drive frontend design decisions focused on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Create and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency across layouts, visual hierarchy, interactions, and user workflows.
• Participate in wireframing, prototyping, and UX reviews.
AI-Driven Experiences
• Build frontend experiences that integrate with AI agents and insight-generation systems.
• Develop conversational analytics and assisted decision-making interfaces.
• Optimize frontend interactions for AI-powered workflows.
Performance & Scalability
• Optimize rendering performance, API interactions, and application responsiveness.
• Implement frontend observability, error handling, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.
Technical Leadership
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with backend, data engineering, DevOps, and AI teams to define scalable platform integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in:

Data Visualization
• Expertise with visualization libraries such as:

• Experience building real-time analytics dashboards and large-scale data visualization interfaces.
Engineering Practices
• Strong experience with:
o Git workflows
o CI/CD pipelines
o Frontend testing frameworks
o Performance optimization
• Understanding frontend security and enterprise application best practices.
Nice to Have
• Experience building AI-assisted or conversational analytics interfaces.
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or 4PL platforms.
• Experience with ClickHouse-backed analytics applications.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture.
• Exposure to cloud-native frontend deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading frontend initiatives in enterprise SaaS or analytics platforms.
