Role Description As an Insurance Consultant Intern at Bajaj Life, you will support customers in understanding and selecting suitable life insurance and investment solutions based on their financial goals and protection needs. In this remote internship role, you will assist in explaining product features, benefits, and terms, helping prospective policyholders make informed decisions. You will engage with customers via digital channels or phone, respond to queries, and guide them through basic documentation and application processes. Day-to-day tasks include learning about Bajaj Life’s product suite, supporting senior consultants with customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of conversations, and escalating complex issues to experienced team members when needed. This internship offers exposure to the life insurance industry, consultative selling techniques, and customer-centric practices in a digital-first environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge or strong interest in Insurance and Finance, with an ability to understand basic financial products and concepts.
