2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Enterprise Engineer role involves architecting and developing interconnected business systems using Python and related technologies. The position is responsible for creating and maintaining tools and services that enhance internal workflows and data accessibility. The role contributes directly to the efficiency and reliability of the organization''s technology infrastructure, supporting multiple teams and stakeholders.
3. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain MCP servers exposing data platform capabilities and enterprise systems
Develop internal APIs to support programmatic resource access
Create lightweight web applications and dashboards to aid internal processes
Develop stateful applications ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
Automate workflows and pipelines using Python
Manage software development lifecycle converting macros and tools into scalable services
Establish coding standards for AI agent interactions
Collaborate across teams to define and deliver technical solutions
Write clean, well-documented code and uphold technical quality
4. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional Python engineering experience
At least 3 years designing and building APIs (FastAPI or Flask preferred)
3+ years of full-stack Python development experience
Experience with MCP servers
Knowledge of deterministic LLM programming frameworks
Familiarity with OLTP databases and caching technologies
Strong SQL and relational database skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Proven capability to manage projects end-to-end
Nice to have:
Background in fintech, payments, or financial services
Experience with Streamlit or similar UI frameworks
Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Airflow, Prefect, n8n
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $190,000, varying by applicant experience and qualifications
