Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong domain expertise in Transportation & Logistics. The ideal candidate should have experience managing products, business processes, and technology solutions related to logistics, transportation, packaging, business partner management, and dealer management.
The candidate will initially work onsite in Udaipur for 2 months to closely collaborate with the client and business stakeholders. Following the initial onsite period, the engagement will transition to fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the product roadmap, priorities, requirements, and delivery lifecycle.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product features.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create and prioritize user stories, product backlogs, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, business, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for product and operational improvements.
• Participate in product planning, sprint ceremonies, reviews, and release planning.
• Track product progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Support UAT, product validation, and production rollout.
• Ensure solutions align with transportation and logistics business processes.
Required Experience
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a closely related role.
• Strong hands-on experience in the Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain domain.
• Experience with one or more of:
• Transportation Management
• Logistics Operations
• Packaging
• Business Partner Management
• Dealer Management
• Distribution / Supply Chain Operations
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technology/product development teams.
Location & Engagement
First 2 Months: Client onsite, Udaipur
After 2 Months: Fully Remote
Extension: Based on client requirement and performance
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
