Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong domain experience in Transportation and Logistics.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing products, translating business requirements into product requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with business and technology teams in an Agile environment.
Experience across Packaging, Business Partner Management, Dealer Management, Transportation Management, or Logistics Operations will be highly relevant.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product roadmap, product backlog, and feature prioritization.
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Define product features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prioritize features based on business value, customer requirements, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate product releases and track delivery progress.
Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
Support UAT, issue resolution, production rollout, and post-release activities.
Ensure delivered features meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Track product performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve functional and product-related issues.
Maintain clear product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
Strong hands-on experience in the Transportation and Logistics domain.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Transportation Management
Logistics Operations
Packaging
Business Partner Management
Dealer Management
Supply Chain
Strong understanding of product backlog management and prioritization.
Experience creating and managing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to independently drive requirements from discovery through delivery.
Ability to work onsite in Udaipur for the initial 1–2 months.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Logistics platforms, or Supply Chain products.
Experience with enterprise/B2B products.
Experience working on partner-facing or dealer-facing platforms.
Experience in Packaging or related logistics operations.
Experience handling UAT, product releases, and production support.
Experience working with distributed technology teams.
Experience managing products involving multiple business stakeholders.
Immediate or short-notice availability.
Work Location & Engagement
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Initial onsite requirement: approximately 1–2 months.
After the initial onsite period, the role will transition to remote.
Engagement: 1 year, with potential for extension.
Candidates must be comfortable travelling/relocating to Udaipur for the initial onsite period.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
