Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Join LinkedIn’s GTM Enablement Operations team as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Consultant and help customer-facing teams succeed. In this pivotal role, you will work with teams supporting Sales Development, external Vendor Operations, and Deal Desk to deliver scalable enablement programmes with visible business impact. With guidance from colleagues, you will build your consulting, learning-design, data, and applied AI capabilities while equipping teams with the skills, tools, and processes they need to serve customers confidently, improve productivity, and accelerate rep and manager performance.
As a GTM Enablement Consultant, you will develop a practical understanding of the GTM Operations organisation’s strategy, goals, processes, and performance measures. Partnering with team members, sales and field representatives, and stakeholders, you will use qualitative and quantitative data to identify enablement needs, recommend solutions, and support change-management plans that strengthen skills and simplify work. Alongside Sales Performance Consultants, you will progressively take ownership of workstreams and contribute to large-scale skill, process, AI, and tooling programmes. You will gain hands-on experience applying AI responsibly to analyse needs, accelerate content development, improve workflows, and measure impact, while validating outputs and exercising sound judgement. 
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic enablement plans with support from colleagues, then execute agreed activities that contribute to measurable behaviour change and business results.
Collaborate with GTM Enablement colleagues to design and deliver practical learning experiences that connect people, processes, and tools that meet the needs of different customer-facing teams.
Conduct business-needs analyses to identify learning requirements, then help develop targeted solutions that build knowledge, strengthen skills, and support new ways of working.
Leverage analytical skills and business acumen to identify basic knowledge, skill, or tool gaps preventing field teams from achieving business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline GTM processes, reduce friction, and spot field execution issues.
Apply and evaluate AI and other emerging technologies to improve workflow leverage, impact, and programme measurement. Validate outputs, use tools responsibly, assess their impact and share best practices with peers and GTM Enablement leadership.
Demonstrates learning design competency, builds modular and scalable enablement assets and programming that can be leveraged to support global segment and regional needs, with guidance from more senior team members.
Collaborates with subject matter experts (e.g., Product) and field teams to ensure enablement programs are aligned to customer business objectives upon delivery.
Support change-management activities for assigned programmes and workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders, and help track progress, adoption, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, change management, performance consulting, GTM operations, or a related field, including experience delivering scalable projects or solutions for internal or customer-facing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting customer-facing, sales, or go-to-market teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
Experience in learning design, facilitation, or change-management practices.
Experience in Articulate Rise, Storyline and video editing tools (e.g. Camtasia)
Ability to use data and feedback to identify needs, track outcomes, and communicate insights.
Experience managing projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
