Senior Construction Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects on the North Coast of Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction operations, from initial planning through project completion. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of construction management expertise, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency
Lead, supervise, and mentor construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all job sites
Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews to maintain construction standards and specifications
Prepare and maintain detailed construction documentation, progress reports, and project records
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns
Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and government authorities to ensure project alignment and regulatory compliance
Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to optimize material sourcing and delivery
Minimum 15 years of progressive construction management experience
Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices, and industry standards
Demonstrated proficiency in budget management and cost control
Extensive experience leading and supervising construction teams and subcontractors
Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing large-scale construction projects
Familiarity with Egyptian building codes and local regulations (preferred)
Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience
Detail-oriented approach with strong quality assurance focus
