Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating posts and short-form videos, writing captions and copy, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to showcase Zeretail’s value for MSMEs, restaurants, and retailers. The role also involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing engagement metrics, and iterating on content based on insights and trends. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and able to adapt content to different formats and audiences.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, static posts, and stories across major platforms.
Experience in copywriting and storytelling for digital channels, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling captions and scripts.
Proficiency with basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) for creating on-brand visuals.
Ability to plan and manage content calendars, align posts with campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Comfort with social media analytics, tracking performance, and using insights to refine content and posting strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Understanding of B2B audiences, especially MSMEs, restaurants, and retailers, and interest in the quick commerce or supply chain space.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a startup, e-commerce, or tech-driven business is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
