About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer / ML Engineering Lead with strong hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning systems, along with proven team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ML Engineers
Conduct 1:1s, hiring, feedback, and career development
Own the ML roadmap and deliver projects end-to-end
Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and production issues
Make technical decisions around model architecture, ML pipelines, and deployment
Ensure production ML systems meet requirements for performance, drift, latency, and cost
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Platform teams
Drive reliable and scalable ML solutions into production
Mandatory Skills
✅ 7+ years of experience building ML systems
✅ 1–3+ years of experience managing/leading ML Engineers
✅ Strong Python skills
✅ Strong experience with MLflow / PyTorch / TensorFlow
✅ Hands-on experience across the complete ML lifecycle
✅ Experience with data preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring
✅ Strong cloud ML environment experience
✅ Proven experience shipping ML solutions to production
✅ Strong technical leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have
⭐ Production experience with LLM / GenAI
⭐ Experience scaling ML teams
⭐ Experience with Azure Fabric
⭐ Experience with Weights & Biases (W&B) or similar MLOps tools
