Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Acquisition Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers for Chola’s financial products, including vehicle finance, home loans, and other lending solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads through field visits and referrals, engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and supporting them through the application and documentation process. The Customer Acquisition Executive will collaborate closely with branch sales teams to achieve customer acquisition and portfolio growth targets while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes tracking leads, updating customer records, and providing timely feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing and interpersonal abilities, including effective Communication and Customer Acquisition skills.
Proficiency in Sales activities, such as converting leads, closing deals, and meeting acquisition targets.
Capability in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects through multiple channels and building a robust pipeline.
Good Analytical Skills to assess customer profiles, evaluate creditworthiness at a basic level, and prioritize opportunities.
Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; relevant experience in financial services or retail sales is an advantage.
Comfort with on-site fieldwork in Bengaluru, including local market outreach and travel within assigned areas.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
Ability to work ethically, follow compliance guidelines, and handle customer information responsibly.
