Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Prayagraj. The Junior Engineer will assist senior engineers in planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Daily activities may include data collection, basic design and drafting, supporting troubleshooting activities, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role involves regular interaction with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution and timely delivery. The Junior Engineer is expected to learn and apply organizational procedures, engineering best practices, and relevant industry standards under guidance.
Qualifications
Foundational engineering knowledge in a relevant discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Basic proficiency with standard engineering software tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Willingness to work on-site in Prayagraj and adapt to project-based schedules and priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Internship or project experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or related environments is an advantage.
