Job Title: AI/ML Engineer / GenAI / Senior Data Science
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune (Onsite)
Mandatory Skills: AI/ML Models, Agentic AI, GenAI, LLM, RAG Model Deployment & APIs, Predictive AI.
Job Description:
Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and statistical models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
Design experiments to interrogate and extract insights from large datasets
Host models and convert them into APIs for scalable deployment
Apply predictive modeling to optimize customer experience, revenue, and targeting
Promote Explainable and Responsible AI practices
Conduct research and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts
Identify opportunities to reuse insights, datasets, and models across functions
Stay curious and enthusiastic about solving problems with algorithms
Embrace a fast-paced, experimental mindset: Move fast, break things, learn, make history
Interview Process: Online Coding Assessment -> Technical Discussion -> Manager Round -> HR Discussion.
